During the draft the mother of former Louisville wide receiver DeVante Parker decided it was a good idea to rip the Cleveland Browns. After every news outlet and blog ran with her comments the Browns have decided to say why they didn't draft him.

Zing.
Parker ended up going to the Miami Dolphins with the No. 14 pick. Cleveland passed on him with the No. 12 choosing to take big Danny Shelton instead. Minnesota, who Parker's former college QB plays for, thought about taking Parker at No. 11, but decided against the idea.
In reference to the Browns, Parker's Mom said that they did not have a team or a quarterback.
It sounds like neither side liked the other making it good that Parker ended up in Miami.
