Yes, it is a lot harder to make the roster as an undrafted free agent, but it is certainly not impossible.

Wilson was getting his shot with the Baltimore Ravens, but it all came to an end Friday during his first practice in the NFL.

Assuming he was signed to a contract and was not there on a tryout basis it is highly likely the team will come to some sort of injury settlement (if they even need to do that) and let him go.
