More often than not when you hear about a professional football player being charged with a crime you expect to hear it be drunk driving, drug possession, weapons charges, or something assault related (i.e. road rage, domestic violence etc.). What you don't expect to hear is the charge that New York Jets linebacker Jermaine Cunningham is going to face in court on Wednesday.
Revenge Porn--yes, that's a thing.

Guys--if you have some naughty pics of your girl ad she breaks your heart do not share the with the world online or you could be next. Sharing such pictures without someone's consent is pretty much what revenge porn is.
Apparently after a domestic dispute between himself and a female friend last December Cunningham shared some pics he shouldn't have with the friends and family of the victim. Where he is being charged, New Jersey, is the first state to have such laws on the books (and have for a decade).
Since then 16 others have adopted similar laws, 14 in the last two years with more likely to come.
Cunningham has plead not guilty to all charges (including a weapons charge).
