Wherever Kris Bryant has played he has done one thing really well--crushed the ball at the plate. In the minors he was known for hitting home runs, during spring training he swung a great bat, but since getting the call up his bat has been awful quiet.
That is, until he stepped up to the plate in the third inning of Saturday's game against the Milwaukee Brewers a 73 at-bat drought ended.

Typically after a blast like that the whole team would have met him at the steps with high-fives and maybe even a few whip cream pies. Instead, he ran in to an empty dugout.
