One of the underling stories of the off-season has been the future of quarterback Phillip Rivers in San Diego. He has stated he does not want to play in Los Angeles and has refused to talk about a contract extension until the team's stadium issue is resolved. However, at 33 he still has plenty of football left. Would he actually walk away from the game just so he didn't have to uproot the family?
Maybe...or maybe not. Maybe he'll warm up to the idea of playing in the second largest market in the country for the final years of his career. Fans will certainly assume that he may be doing just that after they see this picture of him at Friday's Clippers-Rockets game wearing a Clippers hat.
