Stipe Miocic Sets Single Fight Strike Record in Beat Down TKO of Mark Hunt

If Stipe Miocic wanted to make a statement in his fight against Mark Hunt Saturday night I think it is safe to say mission accomplished. Not only did he beat Hunt silly till the fight was mercifully called in the fourth round he set a new UFC record breaking one that was set back in 1995 by UFC legend Royce Gracie.

What makes it even more impressive is the difference in the number of strikes hunt recorded relative to Miocic (just 46 with only 33 considered significant).
