Tennessee Titans Kicker Ryan Succop Throws Down the Gauntlet for Marcus Mariota

To fair-weather fans it may seem kind of silly, but to football players their number is important. Often times it is the same one they wore since their little league days or high school and it hold special meaning for them in some way, shape, or form. The only problem sometimes--especially when they go from college to the NFL--is sometimes a current player has their number.

Should Marcus Mariota want to keep wearing his No. 8 he is going to have to convince Titans kicker Ryan Succop to give it up. Lots of guys are willing to sell numbers to rookies, but in this case Mariota just has to beat him arm wrestling--which may be easier said than done.
