Dez Bryant Doesn't Think Too Highly of NFL Network's Top 100

Recently the NFL Network aired a special on the top 100 players in the league. The network didn't simply create the ranking on its own. The players voted on them so just being on the list should be considered an honor. It's proof that you have the repsect of your peers, and if anyone should be qualified to judge the talent of a player it is another player.

That doesn't mean that Dallas Cowboys wide receiver Dez Bryant has to like the rankings even though he came in at No. 15.

His response was short, sweet, and to the point. In fact, he thought they were kind of comical:

He is entitled to his own opinion, but she he really be upset by this? Coming at at No. 15 goes to show how important the rest of the NFL thinks he is. It was when he saw Julio Jones ranked in front of him that he sent out the above tweet.

Does he have a reason?

Well--in a pass heavy offense Jones had 1,593 yards and six touchdowns last year. In a not so pass heavy offense Bryant had 88 receptions for 1,320 yards and 16 touchdowns. So basically, while he did not get as many catches or yards he did a lot more with them.

Since scoring is what matters most Bryant should have been rated higher.
