Notre Dame Head Coach Brian Kelly Responds to Critics That Want the Fighting Irish to Play a 13th Game

No matter what the NCAA does with college football there is always going to be someone complaining about something. One of the latest beefs from the Power 5 coaches is that Notre Dame should be forced to play a 13th game or join a conference in order to be considered for the College Football Playoffs.

Anything to make it harder on the competition, right? Notre Dame head coach Brian Kelly tweeted a response to those complaining about his team's schedule.

He's agreed to add a game--to the player's lounge; one that all the haters wish they could play:

Well played Coach. Well played indeed.

  1. Hey. ND alumn, 1989. (Natty in Fall, 1988) Live in metro-Boston. South - BK was North. All you conference wimps just STFU. (Shut The Heck Up) NotaDame has already indulged you low-life scUM (UMichigan? But I digress...) by agreeing to your rules of playoff-cotnention. Be happy. Take it. It's what we're offering. If you don't like it, like the majority of babies in their softie "conferences" then fine - don't like it. AND SHUT THE HECK UP.
