WATCH: Arizona Cardinals LB Coach Jen Welter hard at Work With the Cardinals Linebackers

Training camp is not going to be in full session for most of the NFL teams for a couple more days, but just about every team's rookies, quarterbacks, and guys coming off of injuries were already getting to work on Wednesday. For the Arizona Cardinals that meant giving the first female coach in the NFL a chance to get to work.

So she did, and it looks like she is going to fit in just fine.
