WATCH: Kansas City Chiefs DB Eric Berry Back at Practice For First Time in Months

Last season Kansas City Chiefs fans were hit with a major blow when the news that safety Eric Berry had been diagnosed with a type of cancer, lymphoma. You never want to lose a player, but more importantly, you never want a player to have to fight for his life. Late Tuesday night Berry, his teammates, and the fans got some news that had been a long time coming.

He was cleared to start playing again so when Wednesday rolled around he could join the team at practice.

The whole team will not report till Saturday, but rookies, guys coming off of injury, and quarterbacks got to work a couple days early. While it was just drills it was sure good to see Berry back in action again:
