What concerned the team most is what happened after the fumble.

Barry Church did what any defender is supposed to do; he picked up the ball and ran with it. Tony Romo did what any offensive player should do and chased him out of bounds. However, it's what happened next that had Stephen Jones unhappy:

It wasn't much of a tumble, but where Romo is concerned the team is a little paranoid about his health. Anything unnecessary is not good.
“It doesn’t make me comfortable,” Jones said, via the Dallas Morning News. “I don’t think it makes anybody comfortable.”Church hopes something like that doesn't happen in the future either.
“We need him healthy for the whole run," Church said.
