The NFL preseason kicked off with a typical preseason game between the Minnesota Vikings and Pittsburgh Steelers. Most of the stars did not play, there wasn't much scoring (14-3. Vikings), and it was short on fireworks--a typical preseason game. However, there was one noteworthy hit on the day. It came early in the game after a short pass reception by Vikings wide receiver Jarius Wright.
He tried to get down when he saw the defense converging so Steelers linebacker Lawrence Timmons decided to help him get down a little quicker.
