Since he has been with the Bengals he has appeared to be a changed man. He seems to have become wiser; like he actually learned from his many mistakes and isn't an idiot anymore. Then he goes and does what he did to Amari Cooper Sunday.
As if the act itself was not dumb enough, he is actually angry that he is being fined $35,000 for it. Somehow he seems to believe that what he did was a football play.
Adam Jones: "Go ahead. Ask me! Yeah, I got fined. 35K. Way too much for a football play. I'll appeal." #Bengals @FOX19

Adam--what play in football requires you to take off another player's helmet and slam his head against it? Okay, so it didn't cause any harm or damage, but still--you can't do that! How the NFL did not deem this as suspension worthy is baffling.
However, it sounds like they may get a chance to get it right the next time Jones does something similar:
“I can’t promise it won’t happen again,” he said, according to ESPN. “I’m an emotional player.”
Perhaps after his appeal fails he'll realize he better get control of those emotions.
