Having a quarterback like Colin Kaepernick can be a game changer. Having a guy that can take a broken play and turn it in to a huge gain can be the difference between winning and losing. However, with that comes a serious issue. When your quarterback runs there is a very good chance he is going to get hit--and hit hard since he can't just throw the ball away.
