The Denver Broncos defense had a field day sacking Minnesota Vikings quarterback Teddy Bridgewater. T.J Ward had two. Von Miller had one. DeMarcus Ware had one. Sylvester Williams got credit for a half of one; Malik Jackson got the other half. Corey Nelson and Shane Ray each accounted for one each.
With seven against the Vikings the Denver defense has 18 on the season with 11 different players recording at least one. Should they be able to keep up this kind of pace the Broncos stand to at least tie the single season team record for sacks set by the 1984 Chicago Bears (72).
