Denver Broncos DB Aqib Talib Gives Excuse For Eye Poke At End Of Game Against Colts [VIDEO]

The Denver Broncos found themselves in a dogfight against he Indianapolis Colts Sunday. They came in expecting an easy win, but instead they got a tough one that saw them down late in the game with the Colts driving and hoping to ice the game.

Rather than play their best when the team needed them most the defense made a couple of stupid mistakes that cost them the game.

The argument between Von Miller and Dwayne Allen couldn't end well for either team, but it too a turn for the worst when Aqib Talib tried to intervene and made a costly mistake. For some stupid reason he poked Allen in the eye.

He was hit with a personal foul and the Colts drive continued.

After the game Talib was asked about the play and why he did what he did:

It's a poor excuse, but it is about the only thing that makes sense other than he did it on purpose (but he isn't stupid enough to do that).
