Rather than play their best when the team needed them most the defense made a couple of stupid mistakes that cost them the game.
The argument between Von Miller and Dwayne Allen couldn't end well for either team, but it too a turn for the worst when Aqib Talib tried to intervene and made a costly mistake. For some stupid reason he poked Allen in the eye.
He was hit with a personal foul and the Colts drive continued.
After the game Talib was asked about the play and why he did what he did:
Aqib Talib says he wasn't trying to poke Dwayne Allen in the eye. Tried to push his head. Said I probably had a better angle than him.

It's a poor excuse, but it is about the only thing that makes sense other than he did it on purpose (but he isn't stupid enough to do that).
