Vikings QB Teddy Bridgewater Knocked Out Cold By Dirty Hit; Says He's Fine And Went Out To Diner After Game

It was a pretty scary moment for the Minnesota Vikings early in the fourth quarter when quarterback Teddy Bridgewater was knocked out cold after getting hit by Lamarcus Joyner. The blow is going to cost Joyner some money since Bridgewater was in his slide and a protected player at the time. If the league office finds he was trying to be malicious it could cost him even more.

For his part, Bridgewater said he was fine after the game and even wanted to get back in, but since he had been diagnosed with a concussion that was not going to happen.

After the game he even made plans to go out to diner to celebrate the win:

Concussed players always think they are fine so just because he is talking the talk does not mean he is. It will be interesting to see what the Vikings say about his condition as the week progresses.
