UCLA Jumps on the Alternate Uniform Bandwagon

Initially when teams started coming out with all sorts of crazy looking new uniforms I was opposed to the whole alternate uniform thing. I saw nothing wrong with the old ones (in most cases) and thought a lot of the new ones the XFL would have rejected (I'm talking to you Oregon).

Lovin' the palm trees. Very cool.

But after seeing the million and one new ones get unveiled over the summer I have to say that I am a convert. I totally dig the trend now. Yes, there are still some whacked out, down-right silly ones, but there are also some pretty cool ones too.

Like the new duds that UCLA unveiled for their November game against the Washington Huskies.
