Houston Rockets Complete Improbable Comeback to Beat Clippers By 12

The game had a familiar look. The Rockets were playing well in the first half, had taken a second quarter lead, but lost it before the half. The Clippers came out of the half with all guns blazing and Blake Griffin looking like he was going to personally take over the game.

But then the improbable happened....

The defense began to stiffen, the Clippers began to miss some shots and make mistakes, and the Rockets started hitting some clutch shots. Key three's by Josh Smith cut in to the LA lead, some free throws were actually made, and then a Corey Brewer dunk completely erased a 19-point lead.

Final score 119-107, Houston.

Clutch City at its best, right Houston? Now time to close it out in Game 7 back at home.

  1. I feel asleep when we were way behind and woke up this morning to a glorious win. Li live it. Maybe I should fall asleep more often during games.
