Both Florida and Florida State cruised through the regional round with three wins to earn their trip to the Super Regional round of the NCAA baseball postseason. the stakes and the pressure is a lot higher now. Win the series and the next stop is Omaha and the College World Series. The Gators and Seminoles got it started on Friday with both teams making a statement. Florida is here to play and Florida State is going to have to cut out the mistakes if it wants to have a chance.
The Seminoles certainly can't allow too many more home runs like this one hit by J.J. Schwartz in the 5th inning en route to a 13-5 Florida win.
