NASCAR driver Scott Speed has a car quite unlike any other in pro racing--he's got a pirate car!

The reason for the cool paint job is not nearly as cool as the paint job itself. Faced with no sponsors, Speed had an idea to help bring attention to the car and its need for sponsorship--the pirate flag. It also has 'Surrender the Sponsor' on the decklid.

I get that sponsorships are vital to keeping a team going, but I hope that Speed is able to keep this paint job on for a little while. Word is the team already has a couple new ones thanks to the exposure this unique look has given them.

All it needs is a good (translation--hot) wench (translation--babe in skimpy pirate girl outfit) with a mug of beer and I think this could be heaven....
