Team USA Rallies Late to Beat Canada and Advance to next Round of WBC

It was starting to look like the star-filled roster of Team USA was going to fall to their Canadian neighbors Sunday, but a late rally made what was a close game look like a blowout in the end.

Team USA took the lead in the 8th inning off a double by Adam Jones. Eric Hosmer tacked on a three-run double in the ninth to help give the U.S. some breathing room, but at that point the Canadians had enough. The U.S. earned the right to move on to Round Two with a 9-4 win.
