Jake Peavy Pulled in the Fourth After Getting Beat Up By the Tigers

Jake Peavy is one of the best in the business. He's a four-time All-Star; Golden Glove and Cy Young winner; has pitched the triple crown. The man is good, but in Game Four of the ALCS Wednesday night he was not good enough.

He started out throwing some of the same filthy stuff that he is known for, but it quickly went down hill.

The Tigers tagged him for five runs in the second, but after he gave up a ground rule double to Omar Infante to start the inning and followed that with an RBI single to Austin Jackson it was time to stop the bleeding.

Anything can happen--as Big Papi proved the other night--but so far it is looking like the Tigers might tie the series up. We shall see...
