The Chicago Bears got a nice surprise when Jay Cutler was cleared to return to action Sunday for an important game against the Detroit Lions, but it looks like they may lose him again. It appears that at some point his hand must have crashed into a helmet. There is swelling and he has been seen flexing it in apparent discomfort.

Cutler has been limping some on the sideline as well; not a good sign when you have come back ridiculously early from a groin injury
