So far it appears the answer to that question is no! He isn't lighting it up like he did last week against the Raiders (Green Bay is a little bit better), but he does have this 55-yard touchdown pass to DeSean Jackson so far (6-10, 115 yards and a TD late in the second quarter).

I wouldn't be surprised if the Eagles tried to emphasize the run a little more in hopes of controlling the ball. With Green Bay now playing its third string quarterback they are going to do whatever they can not to allow him to get adjusted and work out the kinks.
