UCF RB William Stanback Makes the Only Play You Need to See From UCF/Rutgers Game

The fan boy in me loves that cable television has opened up scheduling options to the NFL and college football that there are weeks now where we have a game on every night of the week. Of course that makes it a lot tougher to actually watch it all, but thanks to the internet you don't have to.

If you want to see what the Thursday night game between Rutgers and UCF was like all you need to watch is this one play:

UCF had little to no trouble taking care of Rutgers. The Knights got out to a 21-0 lead before the Scarlet Knights were able to get on the board. Rutgers did manage to close the gap to 14 by the end of the second quarter, but the Knights scored 13 unanswered points to put the game away.

Rutgers ended up scoring three more with less than a minute to go in the game to make the final 41-17. You kind of have to wonder though. Why go for a field goal when you are down by 27 with less than a minute to play? I suppose a touchdown would not help either, but a field goal just seems silly.
