Former Ohio State Lineman Marcus Hall Making Money for His Infamous Double Bird Shot

Getting kicked out of a football game has to suck, but there is no reason why a player shouldn't make a little money off it, right? That is exactly what Ohio State offensive lineman Marcus Hall is doing.

Excuse me--former offensive lineman.

The big man was kicked out of The Game last season for his part in the fight that broke out in the second quarter of the game. He wasn't one of the instigators in the melee, but in the mess that ensued he did enough for the referees to eject him.

That's not where he really made his name though. No, that came when he decided to give the Michigan fans the double universal sign for you're No. 1--and now he's making money because of it. He's signing pictures of the infamous scene and getting paid.

The move is not unprecedented. Remember Michigan running back Vincent Smith?

He did the exact same thing signing pics of his him getting his helmet knocked off. Hey--if folks are willing to pay for it why not?
