Arian Foster Returns to Twitter and it is as Awesome as You Would Expect

Over the weekend Houston Texans running back  Arian Foster did something completely out of the blue and unexpected--he returned to Twitter. Last March he decided he has enough of the social media outlet and signed off. For some reason--only known to him of course--he's back.

@ArianFoster/Twitter

The message that has gotten the most attention concerned his health:

It's understandable since he was lost for much of the season last year due to injuries and whoever the starting quarterback is for the Texans next year is going to need him running at full strength in order to take pressure off the passing game. Arian Foster is a sharp, intelligent, and opinionated player though. In his short time back he had a lot more to say than just his back is fine (and what his favorite album of [insert name] is).

It didn't take long for him to get some love of course:

Didn't take long for someone to be critical either:

It also didn't take long for him to remember why he quit Twitter:

A Lakers fan, he has apparently taken up pottery to help deal with their crappy season:

And really hopes that Carmelo Anthony comes to LA next season:

He is still every bit a thinker and philosopher:

When asked about gay athletes he had this to say:

It seems that he missed tweeting a little bit:

Not a fan of the NCAA (shocker):

Anyone know what this stuff is:

My favorites were when he started to get political:

And the best one:

Never a dull moment with Arian Foster!
