The message that has gotten the most attention concerned his health:
And for those wondering, I've been medically cleared by my doctor.

It's understandable since he was lost for much of the season last year due to injuries and whoever the starting quarterback is for the Texans next year is going to need him running at full strength in order to take pressure off the passing game. Arian Foster is a sharp, intelligent, and opinionated player though. In his short time back he had a lot more to say than just his back is fine (and what his favorite album of [insert name] is).
It didn't take long for him to get some love of course:
I gave in. RT @reedamellark: @ArianFoster *rainy Notebook scene* "I TWEETED YOU EVERY DAY FOR A YEAR"
— Arian Foster (@ArianFoster) March 16, 2014
Didn't take long for someone to be critical either:
My bad. RT @tim_kovach: @ArianFoster ice jj fish man come on get it right
— Arian Foster (@ArianFoster) March 16, 2014
It also didn't take long for him to remember why he quit Twitter:
Already did. RT @ZachAbramowitz: @ArianFoster prediction: within one week you're going to remember why you quit Twitter in first place

A Lakers fan, he has apparently taken up pottery to help deal with their crappy season:

And really hopes that Carmelo Anthony comes to LA next season:

— Arian Foster (@ArianFoster) March 16, 2014
He is still every bit a thinker and philosopher:
Conformity. RT @ziyanmomin: @ArianFoster What's the difference between spirituality and religion?
— Arian Foster (@ArianFoster) March 16, 2014
When asked about gay athletes he had this to say:
Non issue. People are people. RT @KosherSwagg: @ArianFoster how do you feel about men playing in the league that are openly gay?
— Arian Foster (@ArianFoster) March 16, 2014
It seems that he missed tweeting a little bit:
