WATCH: Japan's Pack Completely Dominates Italy's in a Scrum

For those not in the know, a scrum is a method by which the ball is put back in to play during a rugby game. Pretty much what happens is that eight guys from each squad form half of the scrum. When the scrumhalf (similar to a QB) puts the ball in the middle and the two sides battle for possession.

And there is nothing more demoralizing than getting walked down the pitch like these poor Italian guys are.
