Pitch/field invaders are among the most annoying creations on the face of the planet. Yes, they can be funny--but for the most part they are just plain annoying. No one wants to see some idiot run out on to the field during the game and interrupt the action. Seeing them get destroyed though almost makes their existence palpable.
Like in Saturday's New Zealand/England rugby game (warning--NSFW but would pass for NYPD Blue).

Kudos to the security guy that didn't hesitate to lay this fool out even though he's naked. I have to admit--I can't say I would have been able to do it.
