Dallas Cowboys Owner Jerry Jones Not As Confident As He Used To Be?

Over the year that Jerry Jones has owned the Dallas Cowboys there is one thing that could always be said of him--the man absolute dripped with confidence. Heck, he had so much after his team won a couple Super Bowls his confidence (and ego) helped run his head coach out of town.

Since than no matter how bad his decisions have been he has been supremely confident that the Cowboys were going to competitive--that is, until now.

@ESPNNFL

During a press conference Wednesday he was asked an all to familiar question, but rather than give his usual cocksure answer he deflected the question instead:

Hmmm....as annoying as his confidence has been over the years it is the one thing that has never wavered. Yeah, the team may/will need some help to get there, but they've looked worse in years past without Jones losing any of his swagger.

This time he has--and that can't be good for Dallas.
