Vanderbilt to Hand Out 'Massacre UMass' Sticker With Chick-fil-a Biscuits Saturday Morning

Vanderbilt has been a good team the last few years. In those years it would not have been surprising to see a promotional or two of an aggessive nature. Against the right opponent the Commodores were capable of crushing, pulverizing, or even massacaring someone. This year--not so much.

But that is not going to stop them from saying their going to 'Massacre UMass' this weekend.

Saturday morning the school will be giving away 'Massacre UMass' stickers with Chick-fil-a biscuits at the student entrance gate starting at 10 AM. While the biscuits alone are well worth being first in line the stickers are likely going to find their way to the trash can right inside the gate.

It's not that the fans do not want the team to massacre UMass, but after watching the first two games of the season they can't feel too confident it will actually happen.

After two games they are among the worst in the nation at scoring (125th; 10 total points), passing (114th; 142 yards/game), and rushing the ball (119th; 80 yards/game). The defense is certainly not any better.

While it can be appreciated that the school is trying to send a message with its 'Massacre UMass' stickers there is a good chance the game will be a close one. As anemic as the offense has been it would not be surprising to see the Minutemen commiting the massacre.

Should that happen can you imagine the jokes the internet is going to make with those stickers?
