That kind of thing can really work on your mind, and it appeared to be getting to Ash last week when he sent a tweet out in to the world that got some fans worried.
He has since deleted the Tweet, but this is what it said:
via Twitter
Sometimes I miss football so bad I could die

Just about every media outlet in the country and most blogs ran with the tweet, but what most of them failed to pick up on was the tweet he sent out in to the virtual world a day later:
Sometimes I don't miss football at all pic.twitter.com/A1MESUrbl8

It's natural to miss the game. Most players have been involved in the game for most of their lives. When it is suddenly taken away adjusting to its absence can be hard.
After the show of love from the fans Ash eventually sent out another tweet to put any concerns people may have had too rest.
I poorly worded a tweet. I apologize for any confusion and I appreciate the concern. Please know that I'm doing just fine.
