It probably seemed innocent at the time, but when Braxton Miller took a picture with a friend and a table of Advocare products that was posted to Instagram he put his career in jeopardy. Was he or his friend trying to use his likeness to make money? That's a no-no. So the NCAA did what it does best. It investigated.
Well--the investigation is over.

It looks like Urban Meyer will still have to decide whether or not to Miller over Barrett or Jones this fall:
So he wasn't necessarily cleared, but it seems like the NCAA is going with no harm, no foul. Congratulations NCAA. You actually got one right.
